Jacky is a good hair designer he is working this shop more than ten years,but he is more to another place already,the address is 11 San Pedro rd Daly City.

AVOID JACKY. AVOID JACKY. AVOID JACKY. He's horrible. He gave me the worst haircut of my life. Before he started cutting, I explained to him how I wanted my hair to be cut in detail. Specifically, I kept repeating that I want just a trim and keep my hair approximately the same length. I had about three inches of hair. He acted as though he listened. Then he proceed on cutting my hair, and without notice, he buzzed my hair to the scalp. Gone were three inches of hair. I was so upset and told him so. He just told me next time he won't cut it as short. No apologies. I mentioned it to the manager or owner. But she just asked if I had spoken to Jacky. Again, no apologies or mention that she will give Jacky feedback. I still had to pay full price for a haircut that makes me look like bald skunk. I've signed up for an account just so that I can warn you and tell you to... AVOID JACKY. AVOID JACKY. AVOID JACKY.
