It was my first experience of beauty product shopping it was so good and all because of that Afghan girl I forgot to ask her name but all I know she works on weekends there , but I must say there are still nice people out there , she was so nice so humble omg she was perfect blend of beauty and genuineness I just loved her good luck for everything in your life and thanks to making it very comfortable for me

I came in yesterday around 4:30 pm. I was shocked by the extreme lack of decency displayed by this particular cashier. She left me mid-transaction, didn't bother to greet me or say 'Have a nice day!' or even give me a receipt. While she was helping the next customer, I had to ask her for it. Throughout the entirety of our short exchange, she seemed to barely register I was there. She simply scanned my item and then disregarded me by immediately looking into the opposite direction and saying 'I can help the next customer.' Um, I know I'm only buying one item but at least have the decency to finish the transaction or act even mildly friendly. This kind of treatment is appalling. As a cashier, a brand representative of Ulta, it is incredibly tasteless to simply scan my item and move swiftly onto to the next guest without even a word of acknowledgement. Incredibly rude. Please teach your staff not to treat the customer as if they're worthless, busy or not. It makes me not want to ever go back.

I was waiting for my wife to finish paying when I noticed two customers at the cashier arguing loudly. According to my wife, one woman went to look at some of the display items near he counter when the other woman in front of her paying yelled at her, “Can you give me some space?!” Now, my wife says the woman who was checking the items was nowhere near the lady paying. They exchanged arguments about who was invading whose space, but it was obvious that the lady paying was extremely entitled and had grossly overreacted. The cashier told the lady who had been yelled at to leave (and for what reason?), but the lady refused. Soon, the manager became involved and allowed the woman to stay and pay for her items. Now here’s the real problem: Why did this moron of a cashier side with the woman who was grossly entitled? Was it because they were both white and the lady checking the items was a minority? The manager who allowed the woman to stay was also of Latin or Asian descent. Whatever the reason, this cashier has no business interacting with customers. My wife and I are both extremely tolerant and try to give everyone a fair chance, but this was absolutely unacceptable, and the employees at this store are rude and unhelpful. Plus, all the makeup is expensive. We now know to avoid this particular store, and we hope this issue is addressed. I noticed several other reviews complaining about the management, and I don’t doubt we were talking about the same person.

Came in on a Wednesday Afternoon. No sales rep to help match my foundation or help me with a question regarding location of a palette I was looking for . I waited 20 minutes for them to tell me their only help was the manager and she was busy with another customer. Not very good customer service. This is why I rather go to Sephora .
