Ask for Ping! I went there as a walk-in and she took great care of me. I have fine, curly/wavy hair, and have been struggling to find a good cut that looks good. She understood what I wanted, and I ended up with a cute, short hairdo that I love! Only reason for 4 stars is that on my visit, they were rolling out a new tablet login system which took 5 minutes to troubleshoot with the staff, and required me to create an account with Great Clips just to get on the wait list. That was a hassle I didn’t want to deal with for getting a haircut.

Rushed service. When you sit on that chair they just want to get rid of you as soon as they can and want to take another customer. Finishing is very bad. I have been there for several times and I always have to trim and fix myself after shower. They don't look around and check, you have to point out and ask them to trim. They always leave uneven. Very careless!
