The first time I went here my experience was pleasant. The barber that I had was nice. I really like the way my hair came out. Although $45 is a bit over priced for just a haircut, I thought "I'm driving 20-plus miles to get here, it must be worth it". Today unfortunately, I had the same barber and my hair came out not the same as before. I never comb my hair to the back, I've always combed it to the side. It was rounded on one side and cornered on the other side. After attempting to fix the problem, it still remained. He offered me a different barber which I declined. In my eyes if you make an error you should be able to see the gravity of your error and not just throw you to someone else to fix. That tells me that you will continue to make errors. He had one more stab at it and I finally decided that it was not for me. I said okay it looks fine when in reality I was very upset. If I ever went back to this salon, I definitely wouldn't get the same barber oh I'm not even planning on going with any other barber at that salon. I had my friend take a look at it and he said that it definitely looks cute but he could definitely see the error that I was pointing out.

Thank you for your exemplary customer service. Management was really focused on cultivating an ideal customer experience. It's not easy choosing a barber. But it is easy choosing Peoples Barber. Thanks again!

Great haircuts, awesome location, very tall ceiling, rustic interior, lots of sylists, catering to a pretty wide range of (mainly men) people. Great space and I love the shampoo and hot towel that comes with a haircut. And a drink of your choice.
