I wanted to go to the shop because she had such great reviews Iâ€™m sure sheâ€™s a great barber but really lacks in her customer service skills and getting back to her phone calls I went in at 12 oâ€™clock and she asked me if I had an appointment she gave me appointment for 130 when I got there at 1:30 she asked me to come back at three could come back that day try to make appointment with no return phone calls three days in a row I guess Iâ€™ll find another barber

She does a great job. You better call her before you go by her shop. Probably very busy.

One of the worst haircuts I've ever had. The lady was nice but she was ridiculously rough with the clippers and scratched my neck in 3 places so badly I expected blood. She also missed a big spot on my neck and the line was all crooked. Horrible job, especially considering that I explained to her I was in town for a wedding reception. Good thing my sister was able to fix it before the reception. I will NEVER go to munwellas again

Great service, good eye for tweaking your cut to make it look better. She saves what she does to her database so you don't have to try to think back to what you did last time.
