***UPDATE: Since my last visit, Chad kindly offered to have me come back and get my hair done, which I took him up on yesterday. Very nice guy and loved the outcome. It's good to know that the owner takes situations like mine seriously and offers to rectify them.*** I've booked with Lisa 3 times since moving to town. The first time she was late for the appointment but I gave her the benefit of the doubt, and she ended up doing great work, and you can't beat having a cut and style included in her color price! The second time she was about 15 minutes late, but once again I waited and got a great color. Today, as I sit here, she's now 40 minutes late. Another woman and her daughter just left after waiting for her for over an hour. The salon's website list the stylists cell numbers, except Lisa's, so I can't text her. The assistant at the salon asked "did you get a hold of her?". I explained the cell phone issue, and she stated, "yeah, we don't know her number. She said she'd be back, but we haven't seen her". How does a salon not know how to get a hold of their stylists?!?! This is completely unprofessional and incredibly disappointing.
