I came in with my daughter so she could get a hair cut at about 4:30pm and they close at 7. Merrida not only took her time with my daughter but she made us feel like family. The hair cut and wash where great,her attitude was great,service was great,the establishment was clean and inviting. She took the time to show my daughter style options with her hair and products she could use. We live in Reche canyon but will definitely be making the drive to Next Level salon from now on to get my daughters hair done. The prices where Fair as well. Thank you for keeping your establishment professional and inviting Merrida .

Someone named Mr Johnson did my hair. (He wouldn't give me his first name. Just after he started my cut, he received a phone call and excused himself. As he proceeded to go outside for his call, I thought, okay we all have emergencies at times, he wasn't gone more than a few minutes but when he came in he proceeded to cut my hair while talking on the phone! How rude! I should have gotten up and left, not sure why I didn't. I seemed that he had a Big buddy with him who acted like he was the next client. I felt a bit intimidated. The cut wasn't wasn't even and had bits that were missed. I had him redo part of it but it just wasn't happening. When finished he asked for $25. For some reason I felt like I'd better give him what he wanted. I am not satisfied and will NEVER go back to this establishment again. If I could give zero stars, I would!

I've been coming to this shop for about 10 years now, and I still love it. The vibe is very friendly, and everyone is professional. Tanya Givens is amazing, and versatile. Hope for many more years here!

This salon is the best place I ever gone to get my hair dyed. Desiree and Merrida both worked on my hair and they took really good care of it. They make sure your hair or scalp don't get damaged when bleaching it. They treat you like family. Make sure to get there early morning cause they take their time with your hair. I will be coming to this place from now on to dye my hair.
