They let someone use my account fraudulently!! Employees do not care to verify any information!!! I live in Utah and someone placed an order , hacked my account and used up all my points. Yet they we’re able to pick it up no problem. Ulta this is the worst service ever!!! How can someone use $250 without proper identification!!!! Such a waste of money that I’ve spent with your company to accrue my points for nothing!!!!

I been here like 4 times and i feel awkward because Employees think that u are not there to Shop but to steal, the security Guards are chill they dont even Knowledge people, but employees kinda like Follow you. I get it times are crazy but still its uncomfy

Ulta is always clean. They have great customer service and they have everything that you need to feel beautiful. They never ignore you and they help you. The don't follow you around like a hound. It's a smooth experience.

I took the night to sleep on if I should write this review but I am still fuming and mortified by my experience and hair cut I received at this location. On Friday 9/3 I went in for a haircut only to walk out basically in tears because my hair was completely ruined after growing it out for 2 years. I don’t know what the stylist was thinking but the hair in the middle of my head was WAY shorter than my bangs (which obviously) was a mess up snip on her part. She knew she messed up because she kept telling me how good it looked. WRONG. It was horrible. The general manager I did appreciate trying to make it right, however, I was supposed to come back and have one of the other stylists TRY to fix the mess on my head. I was told I was going to get a deep conditioning treatment, another hair cut and wash and blow dry. I went back in for this so call treatment on 9/6 ONLY FOR the guy to DRY CUT MY HAIR FOR 5 minutes and send me home. I TRULY COULDNT BELIEVE I was going through this nightmare again. Then the store manager had the nerve to ask me to tip him. (Which I did) but I didn’t think what he did to my DRY HAIR deserved a tip in the slightest. Needless to say, I will never go to this location nor another Ulta for my hair EVER AGAIN. my hair is ruined and now will take another year to grow out.

I don't ever right reviews on anything but this was that bad of an experience. I went to this ulta yesterday April 19, 2022 at 5pm. When I was at checkout, the cashier made me make an account. I told him I did not want to make an account at this store and asked if I had to, and they said yes. After I gave him my name and number he says it just makes him look better (to his employers i guess). He then asked if I wanted to donate money to the children in need becuase they need help, in a very guilt trippy way and I said well isn't it for the rich to right off taxes and he says well.. and then he goes on this whole speech explaining taxes, the rich, and donations. He's saying his whole speech while putting my reciept in the bag and then he doesn't give me my bag!!! He makes me wait for him to finish talking to give me my items!!! I even put my hand up as to grab it so he'd get the hint to give me my bag but he did not!! I did this 3 times!! and he basically held me hostage until he finished his speil to give me my purchased items. I did not respond or talk at all during his speech thinking he would eventually take the hint and stop talking and give me my stuff but he did not! Literally my worst experience with a cashier ever.
