I called to make AN APPOINTMENT!!! My husband and son get there a little early and are told they are busy. He tells them, ‘yeah we’re a little early but we have an appointment at 1030.’ They told him it was going to be over an hour and half wait and that they ‘don’t have a crystal ball.’ Called to complain and was hung up on! Glad business is going so well they can have such terrible CS.

If I could give zero stars I would. My husband went in for a haircut and it seriously looks like someone skipped rocks across the back. He asked for a skin tight fade but instead he was left with patches all over. After spending $20 for the haircut we had to take him straight to another barber to fix his hair. We asked for a refund and was denied.
