I was working at vip forrr 2 weeks the owner of the shop was not turning in my time sheets for two weeks and then when me and my mother tried to simply just have a conversation abt what was going on she fired me and started acting scared like we were aggressive, then her security was aggressive and telling my mom to bring someone to fight him mind you she has it hotter than ever in there 24/7 I posted this on instagram and so many people replied and said so many bad things about her and her shop

This establishment is the most ghetto beauty supply in the AV!!! Boxes everywhere, hairstylist are disrespectful/unprofessional, and employees don’t even listen to customers needs. Every time I have walked into VIP i’ve had at least one bad encounter. For example, I came in this past Thursday and although the employees did help me find what i was looking for, it was burning hot in there! I even asked a young lady who worked there about the temperature and she said she couldn’t do anything about it. It wasn’t just me complaining; tons of other people in there was talking about it too. Just hoping for better service from a black own company.

I relocated from New Jersey to Palmdale. Trust and Believe Faye doesn't have the skills to comb coil your own hair in starter locks and charged $140.00. Can't trust VIP beauty supply and salon to ever do comb coils lock in my hair again😞

The women that run this shop are all awesome, real down to earth, helpful, knowledgeable, and sweet. They greet you respectfully, will chat you up if you're cool with it, or just leave you to your own devices. They have an amazing stock of supplies and are always very well stocked

If I can give them 0 stars I would. My friend a MINORRR used to work here and they’ll have her work in hot conditions despite that when it came time for her to get paid her time sheet was held from her so she couldn’t get paid. She’s a scammer! She’s scams her workers so what makes u think she’s not scamming her customers? And her security/bf gets loud and aggressive with women!
