The lady who cut my hair was rude. We were only ten minutes late and she acted as if it was on purpose when really we went to the wrong location that we usually go to, which was also rude. She brushed my hair for twenty minutes and didn't cut it until I actually told her to cut off two inches. she kept saying that we didn't have any time to do more but in reality we were only ten minutes late. It's far too expensive to be treated so rudely. It was also an honest mistake in locations and they acted as if we just didn't leave the house in time. I'm not going back.

This is the worse haircut I have ever had. I went in for a cut, color and style. I told Jessica I didn't want it cut too short. However, she started wacking away and didn't stop. My hair is so short that it will be weeks (maybe months) before I can get a perm. Also, the hair is chopped and has absolutely no style whatsoever.. The color is also terrible - light in spots - dark in spots. The set was also terrible. I can not believe that someone who is suppose to be trained could give a haircut like I got. I would never go back and would not recommend them.

Went to Brockway today after making an appointment for a full hair color coming down 20 miles from mountain, but was turned away because the child I made an appointment with put me down for a root job, was told since Corporate was coming there was no time and was turned away, but you couldn't have told me that at the time I call for the appointment. Thanks Britney for wasting my time, and my gas money, the worst worst experience of my life, and the most humliating. Rocklin is growing fast girls, your time is short at your worthless salon, by the way what was with the big sign in front of you shop that said Walk In's welcome, seems like you getting desperate for business, what did you tell the Walk In's today Britney, sorry we have no time Corporate is coming, I thought you were trying to drum up business for Corporate.

I decided to have my hair cut there and I regret it. The layers are longer on one side than the other and it's too short on top. Thank you, Kiki, for giving me a terrible haircut just in time for Thanksgiving where everyone will see it.

I love goign to this salon all the girls are really talented but Jessica is my fave. She always has my hair looking perfect! I reccomend going to her for anyone that wants excellent style and color!
