Worst experiance I've ever had at a Professional salon. Waste of my money, time and quality of my hair. I left with My Hair looking almost identical to when I went in and nothing close to the picture we agreed the stylist could achieve. I wanted my hair a dark color with blondes towards the ends. Seeing as I already had lots of blonde from a previous balayage this should of been moderately easy to achieve. I'm not one to complain however the point of my visit to the salon was to get dark added not come out looking the same with a very light base. I got the courage and asked for it the primary color to be darker as the picture we agreed on showed. Well.. In doing so my blondes are barely noticable and more of a light brown/caramel and have straight line into the dark instead of beautiful blends and my hair is a mess with bright roots and dull underneath.
Moral of the story.. It doesn't matter how nice the stylist is to your face if the skills to process hair isn't there. She should of owned up to her mistakes. I have pictures to prove my statements and they do not lie. In many years of going to the salon, I've never seen a stylist do hair the way she has and from now on I will trust my instinct when I feel the situation is wrong. I'm posting to review on my experiance and not to bash on all stylist that work there. This stylist in particular is named Gloria. She is very nice and handled the situation in an OK rating. However I will never go back and suggest anyone that goes to her for hair processing use with caution. I had lots of blondes browns and some red in my hair and wanted a simple dark aurbun brown or brown with some blondes at the bottom. Should of been easy to achieve with what I had if she initally just foiled the blondes she wanted to keep and add the dark then bleached the foils.
I am very upset, I've cried and cried and cried some more.. and thought out this review but feel it is necessary so no one else has to go through this.. I will let my hair rest and save up money and have it fixed by the best salon stylist I know. Unfortunate for me, this will take time, money and and I will have to travel to Visaila.
