First of all like to start I been going here for over 5 yrs . Just tired of making an appt and after wait 2 hours still....Asume ppl make appt is to make sure u have ur spot save . this is poor customer service also happen to my mom had an appt had wait 1 hour. People should learn how to arrange there schedule this is very very poor customer service. Well went to Salon down st Bombshell. excellent place loved my hair.. As long you got an appt ur taking care of.

Let me start by saying I got my haircut there about 4 or 5 times already.on 3/14/18 I was waiting in line for about 25 minutes 2 ladies came in speaking Spanish and were rushed to the front of the line . I got up and looked there was no girl names on that little notepad of theirs frustrated I left and will never return again.. Maybe I should learn how to speak Spanish
