Great haircut but not great customer service . I booked for a wash, cut dry and style . The girl I originally booked with asked for someone else to take me . Since it was my first time I had no problem with that . Unfortunately the girl who took me said she can only give me a dry haircut because that's all she had time for . I politely said I booked last week for a wash, cut, dry and style. She said she could not and she was sorry . I really felt I should have gotten up and left but I desperately needed a haircut , I said okay I'll wash it at home . She was nice and gave me tips on my hair which i truly needed . I just felt as a first time customer I didn't feel welcome and made to feel as an inconvenience to both stylist. Again I did actually like my haircut it was just the customer service so unfortunately I will not be returning .

Jami was great and answered my million questions. I learned a lot about my hair and everyone keeps complimenting me so that's nice. She fixed a terrible haircut I got and I still don't like my hair but I just gotta let it grow out. She gave me tips on how to style and also how to help it grow back faster so I can be happy with my hair again.

Had to come here to get a terrible haircut fixed. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Very reasonably priced. Definitely will be back. Loved it!

The whole staff is friendly. Linette has been giving me great haircuts for 5 years, and Debby is awesome! Would recommend to anyone and everyone looking to get a great haircut.
