I was shopping today at the SLO store. The line was quite long and the sales person seemed to be having problems ringing up a sale. I politely asked for another cashier. That said, I am a woman in my late 70's who takes pride in my appearance, thus I shop at Ulta. the man who was being waited on was extremely rude to me, to the point I was shaking. Told me I was old and wouldn't live long anyway. Both of the salespeople said not a word to this disgusting person. I have owned retail stores and trust me I would never have allowed such disgusting behavior towards one of my customers. Left a really bad taste in my mouth for your store. I doubt If I will return. I send a lot of people to buy the products that I have found work for me, but being treated like that left me cold. I am sure that I am inconsequential in the big picture concerning your store. I just felt the necessity to share my experience as a senior shopper.

Ellen is so nice.. Think that is her name she had pink hair. She helped me with my new eyebrows lol I couldn't do like her but still trying she is so sweet and can tell loves her job..! And my little me was with me and she even tried making it comfortable for both of us instead of being annoyed she was nice and thoughtful!! Hope she is there for my next shopping experience! Thank you Ellen:)

I entered the store after work to purchase some cleansing products. I was not greeted at the door (paso does this really well). I wandered around for 30 min obviously lost because I had never been here and the lay out is new to me. I found my products but ended up not purchasing my la Roche or muriad because not once was i asked if I needed any help. Not once. Even though I passed by them multiple times. Out of 5 customers and 7 employees. I decided to give the paso store my business.

I went into the store and the girl at the front cash register was standing with her arms crossed. I made eye contact and no response or any help. I had to ask her for help. Rude attitude. Her name was Gabriella. She kept her arms crossed with an attitude while answering questions. She pointed where I could find the product. Surprise it wasn't there. Finally she uncrossed here arms and reluctantly walked over to help me. Sorry for visiting this location. If you don't like dealing with customers go flip burgers at Mcdonalds!!!

I find the staff to be really rude and don't really want to help the customers. And they also weren't very accommodating. And every time I get emails for promotions this location is either not participating or they run out within an the hour.and not to mention their beauty brow benefit area appointments are always off they tell you they cant get you in but when you go it's a ghost house!
