This was the WORST experience I've ever had at a nail salon. After trying to upsell me 4 different times when I said repeatedly that I only needed a manicure, the nail tech did a horrible job. She didn't even remove the old polish before starting the new manicure! You can't even call whatever she did, trimming my cuticles. She just barely tickled my hands with the tool. When she was ready to start polishing, she asked for payment beforehand and I asked how much. She debated with the manager how much they should charge me in another language. There was no posted pricelist. After not completely covering my nail with base coat, she sloppily polished my nails and then sprayed them with a quick dry and then after only 5 min of drying time, the manager literally looked me in the face and said, "Go home now." The entire manicure from the time I sat down in the chair to the time she told me to leave took 20 minutes. That's the shortest manicure I have ever experienced. Can anyone beat that?! I suppose I never should've walked in there when there wasn't a single customer inside.
