This place doesn’t deserve even one star so I was there waiting for almost 35 minutes and the lady who supposedly cut my hair her name is Sasha she was busy cutting employes hair who works there and having fun while customers are waiting, and after 30 minutes she came and telling I’m sorry I have one more customer ahead of you. I hope the owner of this place will know Sasha instead of getting customers first she is cutting her friend hair who work there. Very unprofessional!!!!

This place is not what we expected it to be. My wife called ahead of time and made appointment. We get there, walk in, but no one response or acknowledge us. We see five people in the back doing something so we just sat and waited. Finally, few minutes went by and a older lady came up and says "did you guys checked in?" My wife said, yes and I called earlier and was told a spot was available soon as we come in. The lady, walks away and return to what she was doing. She sat back next to me while our 2 year old daughter was playing in the corner where they have few toys or kids. Which, by far the most discussing thing and had to take it off her hands. They were so dirty that it smells and could not even the colors on what they originally are. 15-20 later while, we patiently waiting. One the girls had finished up cutting a young girl. She walked them to the register and rang them up and sent them way out. As, she finishes, she turn around walk away back to her station, grab her phone and literally checked her Facebook. While completely ignored us. I would not recommend this place at all cause they don't have costumer service and they don't clean the place well enough. As, it was obvious distinct foul smell as you open the door and on top of that, floor, wall, chair and specially kids toys are way to obviously dirty. As if, it has not been for few months at least.

RUDE!!!! Upon arrival no greetings or acknowledgment also one of the personnel had a loud conversation at the front desk while I was standing there with inquiries... Sorry staff and rude personnel means, I'll spend the fruits of my labor$$$ elsewhere..
