Keitaro is the best all around Stylist in the city without a doubt. I am super picky when it comes to choosing a hairstylist. I have very thick, coarse, frizzy and wavy hair, and it takes a Lot of skill, work and time to make it straight and sleek. Keitaro puts in the time and effort and makes it look fabulous every time. His are the best haircuts I have ever had. In addition, he really knows color and got it right the first time I went to see him. Besides being a great stylist, he is super nice, and with his fun personality, he always makes his clients feel special.

Finally, an upscale salon WITHOUT the upscale prices and attitude. Modern meets industrial chic decor, with giant chandeliers hanging from 40 foot exposed ceilings. Everyone is so down to earth and knowledgeable and welcoming. They really care about your hair and providing you with the most luxurious experience possible. They are the kind of rare professional that knows how to give you your best and healthiest hair (salon uses organic, all natural products, with zero parabens and sulfates) with NO pretentious attitude. Their pricing is very straightforward, accessible, with no ambiguity--which I really appreciate, especially when other salons in the area are prone to tack on a lot of charges for a surprise total at checkout. Online booking makes it even easier to schedule appointments, and they do walk-ins as well!

I first met Keitaro at Kasai in Manhattan Beach and followed him up to Fuma where he opened his own salon in 2013. He takes great pride in his work and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a cut/style.
