horrible expirience with them if i could i would put 0 stars , i went on a thrusday with my daughter so she can get hair cut so one of the ladies ask me after waiting a while and asked me if i needed help and i explaied her what i needed she asked me if i had and appointment and i sad no cause on the website said walk in welcome, and she said they could do it that day gave them my phone number and she told me sh was going to call me or text me with with an appiontment gor me id alrea Friday of the next week and no one called me or texted me , plus when i was there giving my information there was and older caucasian women that didint had a appointment either cause i heard her husband and they tooked her really quick, that was hotrible i felt so dicriminated, for the people that works there pleaee next time dont judge the book by its cover, i know my skin is not white or i probably didnt look like i have a lot of money like the lady that you took while you where telling me you cant help me i was not asking for a free haircut just because didnt had a designer bag on my shoulder doesnt mean i don't have any money to pay and im just daying that bcause you were giving me very uncomfortable looks,my kids go to a-private school and i know a lot of people so believe me that will tell every one i know about my experience
