I live in Eagle Nest, NM. We decided to take a day trip to Alamosa. I was in great need of a haircut. Went to Great Clips, an hour and 10 minute wait. Went across to Smart Style no wait. My lucky day. Jose did exactly what I wanted and more. Sitting in his chair was very enjoyable and comfortable. I have gotten several compliments on my hair. So I just wanted to say Thank You, Jose. Went in on a whim to get my hair trimmed, and was told that it would be about 15 mins. I sat there for 35 minutes... The lady who was supposed to cut my hair avoided me, wouldn't make eye contact, and then left without saying anything. I sarcastically asked the other lady if it was going to end up being more like an hour, and she just laughed and said "Oh, i'm sorry, I guess she left.." Don't make the mistake of going here, this is where "stylists" go to die.
