My haircut is simple and doesn't often change. Great Clips does this thing where they keep a description of your haircut on hand. When I come in I just tell them I want the same thing and they do it. That is good.

Horrible. Listen. Just listen to your clients. Brandy, wow, o RUDE. Uppity and not willing to take responsibility for the mistake SHE made. FYI, guys, if you have your hair anything other than a 'respectable' hair cut, (she told my man, "now you look respectable" after she cut off his ENTIRE mullet!), then do NOT, I repeat, AVOID this location like the plague. Also, part of the reason I'm SO fired up is because, when I called, Brandy did everything in her power to deflect responsibility from herself to my man. She also LIED twice during our phone conversation and added words/phrases that did NOT occur. She layered his hair from the crown to the base of his neck, cut ALL off of the sides and left a 'choppy' look/scissor straight lines in his side layering. Even if this WAS what she thought it is supposed to be, (She even said, "he wanted a nice business man' haircut. No, he didn't lmao), it is so pathetically amateurish you would think he had it done free at the Cosmetology school. Not a barber school, because barber school, this would not pass the mustard. Just saying. YIKES!!

I love this place! The woman who cut my sons hair needs a promotion I do not remember her name though. My son has a sensory disorder and despite him screaming she still managed to do a great job...sitting on the floor even! Kudos!

It's a decent place to get your hair cut for cheap. It's not my go to location but they are all nice and approachable. I would reccomend this location only if you need a shave, buzz-cut or trim. The stylists aren't the greatest at detailed haircuts.

I used to go here because it's in a convenient location, but not anymore. I've had similar experience with the other people who gave reviews. When you walk in you are greeted with "did you check in online?". What kind of idiot told them to say that? A simple "hello, welcome to Great Clips" would be much more appropriate. The last time I went there this older lady cut my hair. She, like everyone else who works here, was extremely unfriendly. I felt like a stranger, and that I shouldn't be there. She hardly says two words to me the entire time. She cut my side burns and asked if they were okay length. I said I wanted them a little shorter. Then for a good 5 seconds she just looks at me like I'm the biggest idiot in the world. And finally, she did it. She didn't cut the back short enough, so it looked really weird. I didn't notice this until I got home. She also failed to cut my hair evenly so I couldn't style it the way I like to. If she hates her job so much, she shouldn't work there. Overall, the experience was awful, service was terrible, and the cut was bad. Not to mention, the person who is responding to all of the negative reviews is just pasting the same message. Don't spend your money here.
