I am so happy I stumbled across Studio B when looking for a salon that carried Paul Mitchell color. Management and stylists are really committed to clients having the best possible experience and outcome. I absolutely LOVE working with Emily Avery. She is the sweetest, very easy going, and nails my color/cut every single time. She is always happy to chat or let me read my book and just enjoy some much needed relaxation. Highly recommend her.

I just had my haircut by Mercedes. She was fabulous and gave me the best haircut I have had since coming to Boulder over a year ago. She listened to what I wanted and was very very patient. She gave me, an older women, the fantastic edgy haircut I came in there wanting to achieve. I cannot say enough about her customer service, professionalism, and obvious superior hair styling skills. I will be back and loyal to Mercedes. The salon is superb and the best in Boulder. Thank you Mercedes!!!!!

I have been going to Studio Be for five years now, previously in Fort Collins and now in Boulder. I honestly do not trust anyone else with my color and no matter the stylist I've had, I've come away with as close to the color as I could ask for (I decided to go blonde or dark usually on a whim). For the first time ever, I wasn't 100 percent on my color coming out of Studio Be Boulder. My stylist, Kelsey, called me to discuss within a few hours of my initial call over. We discussed, and she got me in that evening, free of charge to correct the color. She even double booked herself to get me in. I really appreciate the way she handled it - as it was the first time I had gone in to get corrected, I felt like I was being too demanding or needy as a client and was a little worried it would be uncomfortable to go in and get it fixed. She was very professional and understanding that sometimes color just doesn't come out the way you want! Would highly recommend.

I feel special every time I enter this salon, and expect nothing less. A free massage with every wash? Yes, please! Katherine M touched up my hair color a while back, and I've been hooked since. Studio Be is personalized to your style and salon experience. The staff is nothing but sweet, and the service and product quality cannot be beat! Thank you Katherine and Studio Be! I feel confident with my hair every day.

So yesterday after I had put on a hair mask for three hours, I dried and styled my hair to find it dry, damaged, and completely hideous. Before I broke down into a 2007 Britney Spears moment and shaved it all off, I took a deep breath and made an appointment with Studio Be for a rare open Saturday slot the next day. I used to go to the Fort Collins North Studio Be from 2014-2015 and I absolutely loved how my hair looked when I was getting regular haircuts there. Living in Denver now, I can't go up there as often so I was thrilled to see the Boulder studio have openings! I booked with Linnea D for a cut. The studio is very small but very nice and followed the professional and chic Be branding. The front desk person was very nice and accommodating and did not judge me for eating many chocolates. I showed Linnea Pinterest photos of what I what looking for (inverted long bob) and she was very honest with me and told me that the thickness and texture of my hair would require me to constantly style that kind of cut lest it look like a puffy triangle. I instead deferred to her judgement where she cut a few inches off my hair and lightly layered it. She also suggested the Top Coat, a $30 temporary color to turn my dull, matte dyed blonde ombre into a rich brown. It worked wonders, my hair is incredibly shiny, dimensional, and the way she cut it made it look incredibly healthy and gloriously yet effortlessly styled. Linnea is a lovely and amazing stylist who took a lot of time to explain to me the differences between what I thought I wanted and how my hair would react to a cut. She explained everything she was doing, had a soft touch with my hair, and checked in with me several times to make sure she was fulfilling what I wanted. She is such a sweet and kind person as well and I really enjoyed telling her about my life and learning about hers. (Both of our moms are hair stylists!!) I honestly can't recommend her enough and I'm so shocked that she hasn't been doing this for 10 years already with the skill she has. I already have my next appointment booked and I can't wait to become her regular! Thanks so much for making me love my hair again!
