I asked when I called about an a-line cut. The girl said with confidence she was amazing at a-lines. I explained several times that i was going to my sisters wedding in 4 days and that i needed a great cut, i also explained that I did not want the front any shorter than what it was already. She seemed confident. I made an appointment. Needless to say I was in tears when I left. She completely hacked the hair cut. It is short on top and long in the middle, it look like a 2 year old grabbed a chunk of my hair while I was sleeping and cut it. The other stylist there smirked as I panicked. And yes they charged me full price. I would never recommend this place. I will have to find another salon in 4 days that can fix what this lady did. My hair will be so short it won't even be considered an a-line style anymore.

I just had the absolute worst experience at Regis. I have been going there for almost 10 years, I just went in for a very easy trim. I've always gone in with my hair damp and shampooed, my trim takes less than 10 minutes, I'm in and out in 15 minutes, the girls charge me $25 which is a kids cut. The manager was the one who cut my hair this time, she was very passive aggressive, made me feel uneasy with her attituse and made my experience the most uncomfortable experience I've ever had in a hair salon. Don't go there....

Worst haircut ever, TWICE. I went in and asked for a style. When she finished my hair was still wet, so I could not really see what the finish looked like. The next day after washing and drying, it looked like a bowl haircut. I went back the following day and patiently and carefully explained what I was trying to accomplish. When she was finished, it was the opposite of what I asked for. If I wanted a bad haircut, I could have gone next door to cost cutters for half the price. DO NOT GO THERE!

I highly recommend Grace as a stylist at Regis. I came upon her by happenstance and am so impressed with the highlight, cut, and style she did with my hair. Five out of five stars ✨ for sure.

Not only did the appointment take over 5 hours, I came out with a cut and color that was way too orange and red. When I contacted the salon they wanted to argue with me about what I asked for. Then over time, I went to book with another stylist (who I had seen before) who said she was uncomfortable with doing my hair because I complained to another stylist, when it was not me but some other customer. They had miscommunicated the complaint to the wrong stylist making me feel bad and created all this unprofessional, un-necessary situation which was nothing more than beauty shop gossip. I could not believe it! Completely unprofessional and NOT customer oriented. I have spent in the last ten years over $200 per visit and this is how they treat people? Now someone else will get my business!!!
