Haircuts are always great but the waits are getting too long and the phone ahead policy needs to be changed. I was physically waiting at the store prior to the doors being opened. A lady (old grouch) who arrived after me phoned the store while standing behind me and was put on the "list" ahead of me. So needless to say when the doors opened I wasn't the first one in the chair. I hate writing neg reviews because they are everywhere, but I approached store management and regional management prior to writing this review and they said that is their policy and its not going to change. Fantastic Sams give a free shampoo, so its worth the drive.

This place is great. They can usually fit us in same-day and the haircuts turn out good. I thought it was really cool that one of them remembered something I had told her at a previous haircut, and asked follow-up questions about it. It just shows they really are vested in their clients. They make you feel like more than a number.
