I had gone to this salon 2 times before my service yesterday and had no complaints. It was not until yesterday when I went in to get my 2 rows of extensions moved up where I felt completely taken advantage of. I originally scheduled an appointment for a “mini move up” which is a move up done for extensions for 6 weeks of growth, which mine were. My stylist, Peyton, did message me and let me know that she doesn’t do that service but she does do a full move up which is a move up for >6 weeks after placement- that should have cost $200. She never mentioned to me that she charges $550 for a move up, which is more than double the price. I clarified with Peyton that the charge was correct after installation because I was charged for a “full installation”. She said that it was correct because she had to take them all out and reapply them; which is the steps you take for a normal full move up anyways. I called the salon after clarifying the price with their other salon in Westminster that it should have been $200 for a full move up. When clarifying at the Denver location, the front desk helper said that the price should have been gone over with me by Peyton, in which I stated that it was not. She instructed me that she could schedule me with another stylist to do extensions and I said I would not be returning to which she said “okay, have a nice day” and hung up. This salon does not take care of their clients and they are extremely unprofessional in customer service. I feel completely taken advantage of and they just do hair to squeeze as much money out of their clients.
