I loved it I asked for a Bob and I got it my experience here was amazing I love it so much and I love all the workers there they were so amazing and nice

Asked for a #4 buzz cut (basically the simplest haircut there is). Received a #2 buzz cut, and that was just the start. The cut was very sloppy and patchy at first, so the stylist scraped a thinning razor (basically a serrated straight-razor) over my entire scalp. Not gently either mind you. Then, she switched to the trimmers and proceeded to buzz off both my sideburns without asking, buzzed off about 1/3 of my right eyebrow while chatting with a co-worker and never noticed, and buzzed my left temple back about an inch... for some reason. Then she put some kind of baby-powder stuff all over my hair, face, and shoulders, which stood out very starkly on the shoulders of the black t-shirt I was wearing at the time. Worst haircut I've ever gotten; I speak no hyperbole when I say that a random person wandering in from the checkout lines at Wal-Mart would have almost-certainly done a better job.

Scheduled an appointment for a conditioning treatment went in at my appointment time and was told to wait 15 minutes. I sat there for 45 minutes and finally went up and asked how much longer and she apparently didn't know. I then proceeded to ask why I wasn't able to be seen at my appointment time and she said it was because they had been busy and had too many walk ins.... So basically they wasted my time because they can't respect scheduled appointments!
