Have had great haircuts in the passed but today I went with my husband for his haircut. He usually gets a two on the sides and finger length on top, not an overly complicated haircut but if you’re new it gets bad quickly. So the employee cut his hair and in front they cut his hair horizontally staight across like a bowl cut or really bad short bangs And a little crooked. So figured I’d fix them when I got home but I just paid money for this haircut why should I have to do this, right? So we go back in and he just asks for a number two all the way around. This person shaves the top of his head in 4 strokes leaving a harsh line on the sides and many long hairs on top, doesn’t bother to check her work or even clean off the access hair left on him. So we had to go to the store buy clippers and I had to finish the job. It was a 130 dollar haircut today. I’m not licensed but I wouldn’t let a client walk out of my chair like that especially if I wanted tips and keep a returning customer coming back. If you didn’t know how to do the haircut we would have been happy to wait for someone that could. even thought there were only three customers in there and four employees while this whole ordeal was taking place. It wasn’t that they couldn’t cut his hair it was that we had to go in twice and they couldn’t do it right either of the times and not caring how the client is looking leaving the store.
