Did not honor the online check in .... Took "regulars" back and made my son wait up to 30 mins. We went to Sports Clips ... They were great got my son right in with his online check in. Great Clips is old and worn out

I am from Alabama and traveling out west on a month long trip in our rv. I stopped at this Great Clips for a quick wash, dry and style to freshen up. Grace was extremely kind and helpful. I have extremely thick hair that takes FOREVER to dry, and she was so patient and did a great job. She was also very pleasant to talk too. Thanks Grace. She is a great asset to your company!

Maya did a fabulous job with my hair cut. I haven’t had a professional cut in years and she was able to see my vision with my difficult frizzy fine hair and made it come to life. She kept checking in with me to see if I approved or if I wanted some other tweaks. She took my criticisms with grace and made it a wonderful experience!! Highly recommend this stylist. She’s funky, punky, and spunky, but sweeter than sugar!
