The lady's at the salon are amazing. I went to have my hair red ombre. I was really nervous because I had never done a bold color. The lady's reassured me and it turned out fabulous.

Very frustrated! Went in with high expectation. That was my first mistake. My daughter recently got her hair done with Jessica and I was impressed. All we did was simple highlights and they looked good. Few weeks later I returned for myself. Jessica was not available so I went to Heather. I came in for all over highlights. When I came in I literally pointed at Jessica's hair and told her I liked the color contrast in her hair of the very dark rich colors and the blonde. $175 and that is NOT what I got. My hair was all over brown and you couldn't really see the highlights. I only tipped her bc she explained to me that she believed that it was the tonner that darkened my hair and to give it a few days to lighten. If I didn't like it in a few days come back at NO charge. I did come back 5 days later bc it didn't lighten much at all. I again explained that I liked how Jessica's was chunky with blonde. She said she could do it. Through a few blonde highlights in. When she went to wash my hair out she explained to me that I may need tonner again but I would have to pay 15 for it. That's one of the things I had pd for during the last visit. I reminded her that is what she had said had darkened it last time. She said she would use a different kind but again I would have to pay for it. I don't feel I should have to pay for it. I pd a lot of money and didn't at all get what I paid for. When all was said and done second visit was just as bad as the first. My hair didn't look any different just a little blonde on the top. Doesn't look like highlights at all. Now I'm wondering how bad they are talking about me bc the first day I was there a girl started crying bc she didn't like what another girl did to her hair. When she left they all stood around and bashed the poor girl! NOTE TO THE LADIES IN THE SALON if you can notably see that someone does not like the way their hair is done it doesn't help for six different salon ladies to walk by and tell you how amazing it looks. In my case it just pissed me off more. Really bad experience and won't be back.

Heather did an amazing job! She did a facial, eyebrow tint and haircut all within a reasonable amount of time and money. I am in love with the eyebrow tint and will definitely return!
