This place was awful, at least my stylist was. I went in to get my hair colored all over, I brought in a photo on my phone to show the stylist what I wanted, she didn't know what color it was and was trying to find it in this magazine, then she grabbed a book and picked a color she thought was right. I knew it was not right. The stylist then proceeded to ask another stylist how to mix this color, it was a red color, how could she not know how to mix it. Upon asking the other stylist, I was told to show the photo again, the other stylist said "oh no that is not the right color, you need this" and she knew the exact hair color code. After helping my stylist make the color she came back and put it in my hair, seemed to know what she was doing, but I saw it started to run a bit dry and she never went to make more. When my hair was about ready to be washed the other stylist had to show my stylist how to check if my hair was done (really?) and showed her that she missed some spots and needed to make more color. Well after a painful rinse and drying, I was done. I just wanted to get out of there, I was taken back when this "stylist" charged me 85 DOLLARS for an all over color which on the companies website says cost between 50-80 and with this stylist not knowing anything about hair color I was expecting the lower end of the cost. I paid and left, when I got in the car I saw she left red dye all over my fore head and on my neck. Also when I got home I could see may spots where she didn't even get hair dye and so it is now splotchy. DO NOT EVER GO HERE, THE STYLIST I GOT IS OVER PRICED, AND UN-KNOWLEDGEABLE; MIGHT BE WHO YOU SIT IN THE CHAIR WITH NEXT.
Oh and I forgot to mention, she left an whole chunk of red hair dye in my hair and it got all over my clothes.
