I'm still dreaming of dreaming about my facial from early February! Gretchen customized my facial to meet my specific skin care needs. It was such a luxurious experience and my face looked fresh and noticeably younger! Gretchen and the other staff were so nice and personable. Waterside is an excellent choice for anyone wanting to get pampered!!

Had a 90 min prenatal massage with Barbara ($165 rate). Was one of the best massages I have ever had (and I’ve had 15+). The massage room was comfortable and quiet. Barbara was so concerned with my comfort and had great hands. I almost fell asleep at one point. Wonderful experience and good value compared to what the surrounding hotel spas charge for a 90 min ($200+)

The most relaxing and restorative facial I've ever had. The staff was professional and welcoming, and you can tell they know what they are doing. The rooms are beautiful and have a great atmosphere. I have already recommended it to friends, and would definitely go back.

I love this spa!! I am a frequent spa enthusiast but the best facials of my life were here, from Gretchen. She is so knowledgeable and uses the best in products on your skin. Sara gave me an unparalleled massage. And I could only wish Heather could do my nails regularly; but I live in Florida.

Awesome massage and experience! Beautiful location on the Yampa river, and the spa receptionists are very welcoming and attentive. Definitely will be coming back for another treatment!
