Favorite stylist & staff I have ever encountered! LOVE how highly trained the staff is & yet, have an amazing, personal touch. PLUS, they give back to our community being the biggest supporter of The Cinderella Project over the past 4 years!!! I will ALWAYS support & frequent those businesses who invest in & help out in their own community!!!

Matthew does a great job coloring and cutting my hair. I would highly recommend Ohana and Matthew to anyone looking for a top notch salon. They have amazing products but do not push them on you like so many salons. Matthew listens and always has new ideas.

The people were friendly and the stylist was super great. The stylist did take a lot of time choosing a look for me. In the end though, my cut and color were average, but the price for the service was $$$$. Be prepared to pay handsomely.

I had THE worst experience ever!!!!! On Saturday I booked an appointment for a blowout, since I was going to be a bridesmaid that day for my best friends wedding. My BEST FRIENDS wedding, not only did they rush me out the door, i showed the stylist a photo of a simple up do that would have only taken maybe 30 minutes at the most. I generally go to Studio B and have no problems, but they happened to be booked out that weekend. I thought I would give Ohana a chance since Ive been a Fort Collins residence my whole life. Can you believe that while they were rushing me out the door the stylist mentioned she did not have time to complete my hair request, that she needed to get to the next client, i left with just a wave in my hair, how traumatizing was this experience, i had to go to a friends house after just to help my hair look manageable as I was needing to be a part of a big day. I voiced my concerns to management and guess what????? The manager didn't even have the courage to call me!!!!! A manager does not know how to call a Customer, who does that???? Obviously ohana does and I will never visit this salon again or recommend this place to anyone. I am not going to give up on this matter and make sure they refund me my money for the "waves" they left in my hair, and one last thing, they charge you for tools!!!!! Yes!!!! They charge you to use an iron, im surprised they didn't charge me for scissors or looking at the hair dryer. Horrible experience!!!!!
