It is unfortunate that despite the talented stylists, I have to give two stars. My last two visits my stylist had quoted me a price before and confirmed it after my color cut and style. However I was charged $10 more by the girl tending the register. Out of respect to the stylist and not to cause a scene in front of waiting clients, I simply paid the additional $10 both times and figured I could clear the issue the next time I came. Today I call to book an appointment despite the fact that the girl I usually go to no longer works here because that's how confident I am in the girls. Rather than trying to alleviate the situation (a simple apology goes so far in customer service) the girl who answered the phone became argumentative. I'm assuming it must be the same receptionist. She kept trying to tell me that it could have been due to needing more product,toner, Etc. Had she taken the time to listen, I had explained three times that the prices I was given were confirmed after she had done my hair. I couldn't get two words in and eventually I had to hang up. It is a shame someone working the register could affect the business of the stylists. It is unfortunate but I will never return to this establishment.
