Very low level skills. But, pleasant. Clear communication is unheard of. They stick to quick rough wash, rough comb out if you don't speak up, roller set, hot as hell drying, blow dry and flat iron. If your desperate, then go and allow your hair to be abused. If not desperate, then I implore you to take pride in learning to love and care for your own hair OR ELSE YOU WON'T HAVE ANY LEFT WHEN THEY ARE DONE WITH YOU.

Iâ€™ve been going to this salon for 10+ years and never had a issue till today . I know my stylist is only there on weekends so I came to get my hair done while Iâ€™m in the dryer the owner grabbed my stylist and took her to another salon when I get up from the dryer she is gone like who does that ðŸ˜¡ Iâ€™m very disappointed and disgusted the owner Francis has no type of respect for her clients. She is very unprofessional and trust me if it wasnâ€™t because of the woman that work there she wouldnâ€™t have no salon .The girls are what keeps this place going . She needs to take classes on how to run a business .

If you want a quick bounce in you step go to Fran's. Sometimes a girl just needs a quick wash and set with rollers pull through your lucuous loxs and out the door you go. I'm a regular every two weeks on Sundays at 1 pm right after brunch
