Jesse is AMAZING!!! Sooo knowledgeable soooo nice!!!! He explained what he was doing the whole time asked me if it was okay to do certain things. He did an AWESOME job on my cut!!! And he was great to talk to!!! Such a fun conversation. It was like sitting with a friend chatting even though it was my first time there. Also he is very knowledgeable about the right products to use!!! Just GREAT!!!! And SOooo affordable!!! I will definitely be getting by haircut from him again!!!

I brought my daughter for a haircut. After explaining to the woman working 3 times that she wanted a shorter cut on the sides and back and only an inch off the top she cut 3 inches off the top. I had to deal with a crying 13 year old on the way home that came out with a typical 50s little boy cut instead of what she wanted. Never using this chain again. 3rd bad experience out of 4

Absolutely terrible they have no idea how to fade the back of somebody's neck the third time I've gone there and it looks like a duck bill on the back of my head totally disappointed....never again ..-5 stars. Waste of money and embarassing haircuts
