Best barber Ive ever been to. Ive tried others and none had ever done as well. I always come back here and will never go anywhere else. Never disappointed.

Ive been going to Noli for about a year now and have always seen him as an absolute professional. I have had nothing but great experiences in his salon and am always able to walk in without and appointment and leave in a very reasonable time, and at a great price. I got married this past Sunday (5/13/18) and asked Noli if he would be willing to perform shaves for my 5 groomsmen, myself, and the 2 fathers. Noli came in on his day off and made it an awesome experience for all of us. He had a bottle of sparkling wine with some glasses for us to celebrate a little and got right to work. He worked quickly and efficiently and got us out of there with plenty of time to spare. He joked with us and had a great time with us. All of us were more than pleased with the shaves and hot towels and felt extremely relaxed going into the day. Noli is amazing, I would highly recommend going to him for routine haircuts and talking to him about shaves and haircuts having to do with weddings.

The part that gets me the most is that I did my research. The main reason I chose this salon was because it specifically carried the demi permanent hair color line I liked and have used for years. I called the hair color company and asked for local salons that carried the line and this salon was RECOMMENDED by the lineâ€™s local sales representative above other options. I also read online reviews. I visited the salon before making an appt and met with Noli. The salon was clean and the environment was less chaotic than a lot of salons. Noli offered me a consultation there and then. He answered all my questions during the cosultation and was hospitable. I expressly told him I wanted demi permanent and he replied he could do that. We went over everything again at the beginning of the first appt and once again he was attentive and professional, or so I thought. I requested demi permanent color and instead received permanent color, without my permission. I feel I was lied to by Noli. My hair texture felt different after my first appt and so I decided to find another stylist and during my search 3 separate stylists at 3 separate salons told me my hair was dyed with permanent color and not demi. I didnâ€™t ask them if permanent hair color was used. It came up during the consultation when I requested demi and they would question what I didnâ€™t like about my existing permanent hair color, or it would show a demarcation line because the demi would fade faster than my existing permanent, etc. These other stylists were able to explain that Noli likely used permanent to achieve the color I wanted. Of course, none could explain why Noli chose to seemingly lie instead of just explaining it wasnâ€™t possible with demi and my existing hair color. Iâ€™ve waited months to post this review to give myself time to process and not post it in anger and hurt. I also understand how negative reviews can impact businesses. Iâ€™d like to think there is another explanation, but I was so very, repeatedly, specific about only wanting demi permanent that there really isnâ€™t another explanation. Others should know of this potential before they go to this salon.
