Nicole does a great job styling my hair! She fixed a horrible haircut (from a different salon) and has continued to provide a great experience and haircut each time I’ve been back. She really makes sure to listen to what I want and to read between the lines of what I’m not sure how to explain. I highly recommend her!

Used to be a good place to get my hair done. Last time they bleached my hair they burnt half of it off by double processing my already Platinum hair. Got a free olaplex treatment and haircut after they ruined my hair. Three months later it's still not grown out and still looks awful. Had to cut most of my hair off because of this. I have light brown hair and was told that if I want to be blind then I better get used to having short hair.... Pretty unacceptable if you ask me since I've had blond/Platinum hair most of my life without having half of my hair completely burnt off.

I wanted to try this salon as a recommendation that a dear friend told me about recently. I called this morning to make an appointment but I kept being put on hold or hung up on! When I finally spoke with I believe her name was Stephanie, I asked her about the pricing on bangs and perms. She was kind of rude and put me on hold again! Next thing I know I was speaking to someone who was nasty toned. I just hung up and decided to go drive to the salon to see what could be done. When I arrived no one was at the front desk. I sat and waited until I believe who was hair stylist asked if I was taking care of. I told her no and that I called this morning but it was very difficult over the phone to make an appointment.Then I noticed some eye rolling from a young lady who came to the front desk. I was fed up and just left. I hope this was just a bad day from the salon because I don't want to believe my friend steered me to a bad salon. Owner, I actually called Tuesday, to attempt to schedule an appointment.I spoke to a sweet women and it was a much better experience than what I experienced last Saturday. I came in this morning and had a laugh about how Kathie & Cassie can get confusing over the phone with the receptionist. My accent can be thick. Cassie did a beautiful job! Very talented and sweet. I will call again soon to make an appointment for my daughters. Apology accepted.

I went to Jade Salon about 3 weeks ago for a color and a haircut. My color was not holding and the stylist told me that between their product and learning how to take care of my hair it would last. Well this is the third week and it still looks beautiful. The haircut is great too! I would definitely recommend this salon. The staff is well trained and very helpful!!!

Absolutely terrible. I worked on my ombré for over a year, by doing it myself, and it looked really good. When it grew out I decided to go to a salon and get it touched up. They ended up putting a line in my hair and somehow the color ended up darker than it originally was. Then I went back because it looked absolutely horrible, so I wanted them to fix what they have done. They then bleached my hair again and they did not make the bleach gradual at all, and on top of that they made it orange not blonde! Now my hair was very fried and very orange. I had no choice but to dye my entire head a darker color, so all the money I previously spent on getting my hair done was now a waste. They also made me pay both times they messed up my hair, which I believe was very unfair since they ruined my hair. Never again will I go there, and neither will anyone else I have talked to about this salon.
