LOVE Ulta! They have anything you need and more. The staff is awesome. I get my hair and brows done here. Mayra is a goddess with the brow thing. The manager Ari is always so helpful. I'm always there so maybe I'll see you. ;)

Ulta makes it easy to shop for make-up, perfumes, etc. All brands (drug store and high end)...google for a coupon before you buy. There is always one available. Sales people are always helpful. Returns are easy if you don't like the product.

I was very disappointed with my experience at this particular ultabeauty store. No one offered to assist us and help us with our purchases. On top of that we had to wait in line for over 30 minutes to pay for our purchases while some of the sales reps sat and chit chatted with each other instead of waiting on the customers. It was obvious to me they had numerous friends in the store that they were assisting and ignoring actual customers. I doubt I will go there again. I will go to the one in Old Saybrook where they are very pleasant and always willing to offer you assistance

I absolutley LOVE this store!! The only reason i would give it 4 out of 5 stars is the staff could be more friendly but product wise..5 stars!! I almost feel intimidated when i shop here which is unusual for me because it is not very welcoming but i love make up so this is my store😉
