What an amazing salon!!! I have been going to Heather F. for years and would never go anywhere else! What a talented hairdresser she is. She always knows what is best for me and constantly is keeping me up to date with the new hair trends. S Salon is such a welcoming place and beautiful location. The owner Sal does such a great job running his business. They have made it so easy for me to go online and make my appointment with just one click! The customer reward program is an awesome bonus and great give back to his loyal customers. Keep it up guys!

For the past few months, I have been disappointed with scheduling appointments. I work two jobs, and so scheduling can be challenging. yet - I expect excellent customer service none the less. The woman at the desk rushed me, and she wasn't listening to the days and times I could schedule. She took another call while I was on the phone with her and when she returned, she asked to call me back when she has more time. It felt rude and frustrating. I have limited time for this as I was calling from my job. I had been very satisfied up until this new woman at the desk started there. It's unfortunate, but I am thinking of going somewhere else now.

Without a doubt, Salon S is the best kept secret around. I live in Fairfield and love Salon S. Every stylist there is friendly and talented. I adore my hair stylist, Heather F. I always get the best service and care and walk out feeling like 1 million bucks. I truly recommend Salon S and have never had a bad experience ! The salon is comforting and immaculate and you are truly cared for from the minute you walk in the door! A top notch salon !!!

I have been going to S Salon in Shelton for years and I cannot say enough about what a great salon and professional staff Sal has! With all of my changing colors and styles, my Stylist Heather has been creative and honest with her advice and I have never left feeling less than beautiful! I highly recommend Heather or any of the stylists on the floor. You will not be disappointed.
