I had a great experience here, better than all the other salons Iâ€™ve tried in Dover. The atmosphere was nice and all of the stylists/employees here were all very sweet and friendly. I would definitely come here again

Salon is very nice. But the attitude that I got from the owner, Jesse was completely unprofessional. I showed him a picture of what I wanted and he proceeded to turn around and make a face to his coworker thinking that I couldn't see him in any of the 100 mirrors all over the salon. I have a tattoo on my neck that is for my mother that has passed on and him and his coworker asked about it in a joking manner and asked why I would get a tattoo like that. Mocking my dead mother's memorial tattoo. The whole experience I had there was awful. Haircut was fine, but I'd never go back. See anyone but Jesse.

Was the only place open on January 4th (day with all the heavy snow fall) that wasn't closing at 3pm "due to weather", even though all the snow was already on the ground. I get in and there's obviously no one there, because I'm the crazy person that needs a haircut, because I'm getting married in 2 days. They spent time with me discussing what I wanted, made a few suggestions, and took the time to cut it right. All this while discussing stocks, retirement, and general life goals. I'll definitely be going back.

I took my gf there to get her hair color changed from a darker purple she dye her self an was starting to fade and the stylist we went to was great an did an amazing job with her hair with what he started with and took his time and did it right rather then trying to rush through it even tho we were the last customers there she loves and she said shed go back an she'd deffenetly recommend them to her friends. The prices there were very good compared to others around the area

My experience for 2 years now has been the best I've had at a salon it's not just awesome service it's awesome people bendetta is the best I highly recommend her and this awesome shop bendetta will make tour experience amazing absolutely love herbðŸ˜˜
