I got my hair done for an event , it was one lady at the shop, she took one break finished my hair in 6 hours and she took her time. My only pros was I had to pay a extra 20 after I already asked on the phone the price for Micros with Human hair and I was told 160 then. When I came to the shop it was 180... when I took my hair out and my edges definitely got thinner and some are non existent now after i told her I didn't want my edges braided but I had to keep it in for the event and I didn't wanna waste money. Plus the hair wouldn't curl right or hold a curl for a long time they always fell, I'm sure it was mixed with human and not all human hair. I'm going to give her 3 stars for taking her time and being readily available at a last minute notice, but the shop looked deserted and now I see why. I wont be returning. I have long thick hair past my shoulders and I would like to keep whats left of my edges. :-(

I called and made my appointment as soon as I got there she got me in her chair and got to work !!! After I was finished I loved my cornrows ðŸ¤ŸðŸ¾ðŸ˜› I would definitely recommend them to get your braids , cornrows etc awesome place, and great customer service too!!!!!

Went there to get Marley twist, the lady that did them did the inside big as hell so the braids started to come out after a week. Then I went back 3 weeks later to get feed in braids w a appt and the lady did t have anyone to do it so I had to wait. Finally she comes and does them but my part was crooked and while she was braiding the first one as soon as she was donâ€™t w that braid another lady cake and started slapping gel on my hair. When she as done I asked her why did she continue when she seen my part was not straight, she responded that she had a wedding to prepare for and that I would have to get my hair washed blowed out and straighten for her to do over and she would be back at 6 mind u itâ€™s 3! I left and did not pay because if she had plans and couldnâ€™t tend to her customers she should have said that or closed early! I donâ€™t recommend anyone here

I went to the shop to get my hair twisted on Saturday and on Sunday they were falling out. I will NEVER go here again!!!

UNPROFESSIONAL BRAID SHOP! My braids were way too tight. I had red bumps and lumps all throughout my head.The owner, Mariam, promised to redo my hair this weekend but is now out of the country. I spoke to the owner's sister who advised that no one was willing to redo my braids at no cost. Then when I explained that had I paid $150 for my hair style and tipped the braider $25 the last time, Mariam's sister said she would see what she could do. She was able to locate someone to redo my braids, but they are not available until Tuesday. I am a working professional who traveled from DC to Wilmington to visit my boyfriend and get my hair rebraided this weekend. The lack of professionalism by this shop is deeply disappointing.
