Salon 828 is a wonderful place ! So clean and an amazing atmosphere. The people are extremely professional and they really make you feel comfortable. The stylist do such an amazing job and they offer so many different services. From hair to nails, waxing, spray tans and massages. I would recommend anyone here!

You know how you can opt for a less senior stylist, and save a little by booking with a junior stylist? This option was described on their website. At the time I was receiving cancer treatments , not working and looking for an affordable option, so when I booked my appointment I requested a junior stylist. When I checked out I was charged the price for a senior stylist. When I explained I had booked with a junior stylist, they refused to make the adjustments. The cost was way MORE than what what I was prepared to pay. When I asked to speak with management, they wouldn't correct their error. The girl who cut my hair was lovely and skilled. It wasn't her fault. But because of the blatant disregard by management, I will never book an appointment again. Interesting to note, the policy of discounting services with a junior stylist was removed from their website after my appointment.
