I normally have a pretty good experience here. Everyone is always polite. I only go to get my neck trimmed as I grow out a pixie, so things usually look fine, even if the outcome is a bit inconsistent from visit to visit and between stylists. Today though, my neck was torn up by the clippers they used. I told the woman they were irritating my neck, that something felt off, and she said she'd check them out (my trim was already done). Now, several hours later, my neck has raised red stripes and feels sunburned. I hope she didn't use them on anyone else.

Son and husband went to get cuts and it was a rush job. Completely disregarded my husbands request to leave it heavy on the top and left it uneven. Usually love this place but if a man feels like he has to wear a hat to cover up his haircut, that’s not good.
