I love the salon as they take personal care and each and every client that enters their door. They are knowledgeable, professional, personable, and an amazing bunch of stylus. I wouldn't go anywhere else to get my hair done and I don't trust anyone else but them to meet the needs of my daughter's mixed hair. They do amazing work from cuts, color, extensions, as well as microblading.

Feb 6th my appt with Neal Malek ended with cops being called and my scalp burning. This appt was at my friends house not the salon. Originally he wanted me to come to Altamonte Springs to the salon he works out of,but when I said I couldn't he offered to come to Kissimmee. Our appt was for 330. Throughout the day times kept changing. He said traffic.Then at hair store getting supplies,then picking up an "assistant" to help with my hair(I have short hair)He didn't show up until about 830.42 miles took 5hrs. He showed up unprepared.No bowls,no tarp(said he would bring one to protect floor)No cape. Another 45 min before he started lightening my hair.He was digging through bags.Going out to his car a bunch.Talking about color shampoos. He starts lightening my hair.His friend keeps going out to the car then coming back in.Each time looking more out of it.Neal finishes lightening and excuses himself to the bathroom.A lot of time passes.My friends and me keptlooking in the direction of the bathroom and were wondering what was going on.The door was open but Neal was still back there.My scalp is starting to get hot. My boyfriend goes back there turns right around and says hes nodded out in front of the sink.I run back there and sure enough Neal is completely out of it in front of the sink bent over. I told him to get his stuff and get out.All this is happening while my scalp is beginning to burn.Nealsays he only smoked some pot before showing up. In no way shape or form was that pot. I ended up washing my head in the kitchen sink to get the lightener out. We called the cops.Not only did he neglect me byputting me in danger of burns but now they are going to be driving under the influence of who knows what. I feel others need to know what happened for their own safety.My scalp isnt happy right now. A few more minutes of him nodding out in the bathroom could have caused serious problems for me besides just the discomfort. Neal has now lost a client,caused the salon he works at a bad review,and lost a huge fan for pulling such an irresponsible and unprofessional stunt like this. The following morning after posting a negative review I was contacted by the owner Amanda through PM.She apologized. After asking more questions she stated she didn't think that there was anything she could do because this happened outside the salon.She then asked if there was anything she could do.I asked if she could recommend anyone in the Kissimmee area.She couldnt She then offered to correct the wrong personally free of charge if I was willing to remove the negative review from FB and Google(even though Neal works there)and put the negative review under his personal page.I told her I wasn't sure if I was comfortable doing that. Later I told her the only time I would be available to make it out there. (Keep in mind I'm in Florida on vacation.One day had already been wasted waiting on Neal) She says she is not in Thursday but her main stylist Ernie can see me and give "our salon experience" free of charge. I show at 9. Ernie was pulling in the same time and introduced himself. He was super friendly and welcoming.The salon in my opinion was pretty worn and dirty looking for a newer salon and had a not so great smell to it. It was definitely not what I had expected. My interactions with Ernie were great. He was super professional. Very knowledgeable.Took his time. Seemed very passionate and sincere about his work.I'm really happy with the work Ernie did. If Ernie worked somewhere else I would recommend him as an individual toeveryone. However I would not recommend the salon itself. The negative outweighed the positive.I don't feel its right to ask someone to delete a negative review.Especially when it is about an employee at your facility practicing so recklessly.

Amanda did an amazing job on my moms eyebrows, microblading was perfect!!!! Searched for months and found her to be the best in the area. If you are looking to get your brows done, go see Amanda!

I was looking for somewhere to get microblading done, so I checked this place out with a haircut first just to see if I liked it. Ernie cut my hair and was great - he does some amazing color work, too (check out his instagram: @ernielovescolor). The location is a bit random and slightly hard to find, but it's really cute inside. If your looking for it, there's no signs or anything - it's just the suite with white, sheer curtains on the windows and doors. I ended up booking an appointment for microblading, which was super easy with the online booking/calendar. Amanda Stone, who does the microblading, is AMAZING (Instagram: @yourfavoritehairstylist). She makes you feel so comfortable throughout the whole process. It did hurt a bit, but it was totally worth it. If you are thinking about getting microblading done, this is the place to do it!
