I always just need a trim. It has never taken more than 8 minutes. However this place is "always booked" even tho there are 3 stylist just sitting in the corner talking. And the stylist always has an attitude ....Sad part is.. this happens last 4 times... the reason i have tried so many times... i work close by. The don't want to be bothered with guys haircuts...only the women that spend way too much... It's sad that good customer service is a thing of the past.

I have loved my foils & cuts every time I have visited. Right now Melissa does my awesome foils & cuts. I have had another hairdresser, Angie who also did an awesome job. Love, love, love my hair finally since going here......

Best eyebrow wax ever by Karen! She is the only one there who can do it. Had a bad haircut though by some forgettable lady.

A couple months ago I had a really rough experience in this salon .. I was bet upset with my hair color and cut and overall service provided.. The owner Me.brown called me to offer me two free hair dye services and a Malibu maker over. I came in almost a month ago and met the most amazing stylist who truly understood why I was u happy with my hair and did the Malibu makeover and offered me a product which usually never buy but did because she truly knew how to explain the benifits and has made my hair look amazing and not dry from the two colors prior . Alyssa is truly an amazing stylist and so personable.. today I have an appointment for my last free dye to hopefully get my hair to what I originally wanted from the first appointment.. I will update you guys to let you know how it goes .. The important thing here is that someone finally recognized that my hair was messed up and is making great progress to get my hair how I want it .. Thanks to Mr.brown and fantastic sams for going above and beyond to satisfy their customers. I'm so excited to get my hair done today and feel beautiful once again.

Fantastic Sam's in Port Charlotte Personally the worst place I've ever gone. I went to have my hair cut and colored, I was very specific on what I wanted done with my hair, the color I wanted and how I wanted it cut. I wanted my hair to be a burgundy and the receptionist told me that there was a girl there who was great with vibrant colors and placed me with her. They cut my hair great I love my cut, but my color was another story. The hair stylist dyed my hair black with blue, purple, green and grey under tones, then after the first wash I had a huge chunk of purple. So after sitting in the salon for over 7 hours, I went back to have the stylist fix it per the discussion we had and once again sat there all day for almost 8 hours, from the time they opened to two hours before they closed only to walk out with fuchsia colored hair. After a week of a few washes my hair has faded to a light pink, I made an appointment to have my hair dyed to a darker color because I was all around unsatisfied with my hair coloring, I was booked for a 430 appointment. I drove half an hour to Fantastic Sam's for them to have me sit there for 20 minutes to tell me they did not have time dye my hair and no one in the salon knew how to, after informing me the women who did my hair walked out and quit. The only solution they could give me was to cut my hair shorter and then maybe they could help me, but even then they did not have the time. Then after that they told me I should have come in for a consultation and they would have been able to tell me whether or not they could've helped me. I was talked down to like a child as if their stylist messing up my hair and their receptionist scheduling me was my fault. I would never go back to them even for a cut, highly unprofessional and extremely rude.
