This place used to be packed every single day, now it's always empty... this tells me that something is very wrong with it/ management.....I just went recently to cover my regrowth and the hairdresser dyed the regrowth with the same color of the regrowth instead of matching it with the color of the hair SHE dyed a couple of months before..... While dealing with me she dealt with 3 more clients at the same time, since she and a nail technician were the only 2 people working there at that moment, In order to be able to deal with the other clients, while I was waiting for the hair color to dry , she extended my waiting time to 40-45 minutes... After waiting for 40 minutes I told her I had to wash my hair because it started to be itchy...and I didn't want to have an allergic reaction...!! So she sent me to wash my hair and when I came back I saw how bad the color looked ( exactly like the regrowth ) so I asked her to at least add some highlights to camouflage the regrowth . While I was having my hair washed again because of the highlights she started serving another client,...when I was ready to finally have the blow dry , she was too busy with this other customer to finish with me so I had to BLOW DRY MY OWN HAIR . I finished drying my hair , paid my bill, NOT happy and left without giving her the tip. Will NOT go back.

I love this place, it’s always packed and you may have to wait a while but in the end it is worth it . My favorite stylist is Maria ! I love her . She doesn’t really speak English but she tries her best and her helper Jose is amazing as well !

I tried to schedule a haircut by calling them. Someone answered the phone and said hello and asked me how she could help me. I told her that I found their shop online for cancer patients. She said that's so sad and laid the phone down. I could hear conversations with all sorts of customers as they came and went. I kept asking if she could hear me. She never came back on the line so I hung up and called a different salon. They lost a potential return customer. Too bad.
