I had an appointment with Kat to have my hair highlighted. This was the second time I had it done. The first time it came out great. She made my hair close to platinum and I loved it. I wanted it done a 2nd time because my roots were coming in. First of all when I got there, the receptionist told me I had the wrong date and time. I was sure that I made the appointment correctly and they made the mistake. I was ready to leave when Kat came out and said she would squeeze me in. I should have left. Instead I stayed, she acted like she was doing me a great favor. She was doing 2 other colors at the same time. After the bleach was out they washed my hair, and as their policy, no blow dry. I went home, pleased with the color. After a day I noticed that my hair, which was basically one length, had broken all over the place and was in terrible shape. The top especially was about an inch long. I was horrified!! I was hesitant to go back to Peter Coppola because I hated the way they treated me, but I did. Kat was very apologetic that she ruined my hair and gave me a treatment. The treatment did not work, and my hair continued to break. Now after two haircuts I have very short layered hair, that still looks terrible and I am extremely unhappy.! My hair never looked worse. Kat over processed my hair and ruined it. She did not pay attention, and she did not warn me that this could happen (until after it did). !!! I believe, Kat,although very well meaning, should have been more cautious, careful and professional. !

Worst experience of my life don't go here. It's all about the money and don't expect to get an honest answer on the health of your hair. I have fine thin hair and asked about keratin treatment they explained it would be great for my hair and revive it and create shine. It did nothing but weigh my hair down more and my ends are still snagging. $300 waste!. The guy who blew dry me didn't understand why the fumes from the formaldehyde were burning my eyes as the steam was coming up and into my face! Completely rude! some people should not even be doing hair but yet they are. Very scary!

From a previous salon, I had a horrible hack job done to my long light brown hair and a dye job that left me orange and lavender when I was to go blonde.. for $350! I went to Kat and Vic and they were able to correct it with ease. Friendly and upbeat salon and staff. Price is very reasonable for the excellent job they do. My forever salon now!

Stevie did an amazing job with my color! She was able to correct the work of a previous colorist. My hair looks great and it finally feels healthy again.

Excellent salon and staff! Highly recommend it! Marcos is the 'it' stylist for trendy, upscale hairdos... And my hair had never looked so beautiful under Tristan's highlights.
