I wanted my hair done and I was referred by a former client. So if to the salon, we book it two weeks in advance I'm all excited and then one hour before they call me and cancel because "her arm hurts" and "I'm just worried about your hair." Well then you should have just said no two weeks ago and it's extremely expensive. Extraordinarily unprofessional and unacceptable.

I had never heard of a Trichologist before I went to see Patti. My hair loss was a big concern Patti was honest and she spent time with me explaining why I was losing my hair and gave me different options for treatment. Thanks Patti for helping me the products and treatment plan you gave me works. Your right you cant be in a rush and you have to be diligent with the plan.
