On the first visit stylist seemed hurried and over cut my hair. The product used is great but causes challenges for me due to a medical condition. Stylist indicated she would pursue other options to work with me. At next appointment she told me she had done nothing she said she would, shrugging her shoulders nonchalantly. I ask if maybe one of the other products they carried would work on my hair. She said she would check with the owner. The owner came out and told me this was a "" salon and if I didn't want that I could leave. At any point the stylist could have called in advance and said this product won't work, you should try a different salon. Instead days before I am going on a trip this salon behaved with no compassion or understanding of what it is like to manage hair influenced by medical care. They do have a few great reviews from long term clients, however for the coldness and rudeness they were more than willing to demonstrate to me, I will give them one star because the salon is clean.
