I went in for the Grand Open Special. The women who trimmed my hair needed to have her hair done more than I did. This made me nervous so I decided just to get my bang trimmed. I told her to layer the top to remove the bulk and to blend in all the layers so I could brush the top to the side and trim the bangs. She attempted to do that, but it was not what I wanted. I explained again, and she said she did not understand. I showed her with my hand how I wear the top and asked her to point cut into the top. She started again, but apparently does not know how to point cut. Really? Dee

Not my first time here , have had very good cuts here but this last was another new face that wasn't up to the standards of my last visits, disappointed .Please let your people know if they smoke to wash up before they cut someones hair !

Very Rude.... First, they advertise a Grand Opening and speicial price. I have been going here for a couple of years. Grand Opening...???? Was greeted outside by an employee, who even opened the door for me. I went up to the counter to register and was asked for my phone number. After I got out the area code only, some other guy came up and said we're not open yet, have a seat. Smug... If the Grand Opening is to attract new clients, that person should get an attitude adjustment. You're suppose to be attracting clients, not run them off. Anyway, I walked out and won't be back.

Love the service! I'm here every five weeks and have never had a bad haircut. I don't ask for a special person because in my experience they are all very skilled. I schedule online and I am often in the chair in less than 5 minutes.
